It’s our job to vet these companies and ensure they meet our standards or practise. Each one of the companies below has agreed to the Show Home offer and price accordingly based on this.
Show home grades and how they work
The scheme is run by The Windows & Doors Scheme Fund a trading style of Lead Pronto Ltd, The Windows & Doors Scheme Show Home Scheme works by grading your home based on its potential to be a ‘Show Home’.
Our show homes are valuable to our nationwide installers. Simply by allowing us to take photographs of the work completed, videos or advertise on your property you can save up to £2,500 on new windows or doors.
Grade C Show Home
Grade C criteria:
- The location is considered to have an average amount of homeowners around it and passersby
- Your home is a desirable show home for our installers
- You have agreed for the installers to take before and after photos of the work
- The customer or customers partner is the homeowner
- A person within the household is employed
What do you qualify for?
Up to £1,250 discount from the final price given by the installer.
Grade B Show Home
Grade B criteria:
- The location is considered to have an affluent community centred around it
- You have agreed for the installers to take before and after photos of the work
- Your home is a desirable show home for our installers
- The customer has agreed if the job is completed to their liking they will leave a Facebook review on The Windows & Doors Scheme or installers page
- The customer or customers partner is a homeowner
- A person within the customer’s household is employed
What do you qualify for?
Up to a £1,750 discount from the final price given by the installer.
Grade A Show Home
Grade A criteria:
- The location is considered to have an affluent community centred around it
- Allowed to take before and after photos of the work
- The customer has agreed if the job is completed to their liking they will leave a Facebook review on the Windows & Doors Scheme or installers page
- The customer or customers partner is a homeowner
- A person within the customer’s household is employed
